- Some light tarnish to the metal parts
- The sticker on the back is partially worn away
- No visible chips, cracks or breaks in the cork board, blackboard or wood
- The cork board shows light to moderate wear and tiny holes from metal push pins/thumb tacks
- The wooden joints are strong and fitted tightly together
- The metal key holder along the right edge of the frame is slightly loose, and could use securing
