For sale is a CGA Card to IBM PCjr Display Adapter. This adapter allows you to connect a PCjr display to a standard CGA Card. If you already own a PCjr display, you can now use it as a CGA monitor with other computers. 

An example is shown - the IBM 4863 display is being used with a CGA Card in a IBM 5150.

Be sure to align the connector properly - the "D" on top of the connector should match the "D" on the adapter, as shown.
