>You need to package your central port injector, and go to your local USPS office and pay for shipping. WE pay for return shipping after rebuild is complete.
>You have 2 weeks to get your injector in the mail, no response/communication, we refund
>Time frame to expect: 3-4 days for USPS to ship to us. Within 2 days your central port injector is rebuilt, flow tested, packaged, then shipped. Expect 3-4 days back to you. Total time (1.5-2 weeks)
>Down below is our rebuild process. Units are completely torn down and rebuilt to factory spec. If you cracked, split, stripped your plastic body, we replace or repair depending on severity.
>If your central port SHORTED out and no longer 'clicks' or 'sprays' fuel THIS IS NOT REPAIRABLE. Please do not send the unit as we, or anyone else cannot repair that. If you have questions about this just message us.
>>>>>>>Please note this service is NOT a cure-all to your van/trucks problem. Just because your truck runs rough this does not mean your central port needs a rebuild. We highly suggest paying for a diagnosis locally if youre unsure. If you install your freshly rebuilt unit and "its still doing the same thing" there is nothing we can do. We flow test every unit after rebuild and no injector gets sent out without being in factory spec. By sending in your unit for repair, we guarentee QUALITY on our end and every unit will be within factory spec.<<<<

Our process (not required to read)
New poppet tips installed- poppets cleaned until completely free of any grime. All 6 are then oiled to prevent sticking prior to install.
All internal gaskets replaced with NEW upgraded fkm or nbuna material
Brand New regulator, Filter, Both O rings installed
Central injector ultrasonically cleaned+ triple reverse flushed
Face plates professionally recoated for life long rust prevention
New basket filter
Brand new upgraded fuel tubing legs (withstands 300+ degree temps)
Reassembled and torqued to factory spec
FLOW TESTED- With ultraflow fluid (CPI and O ring safe) and Pressure tested to 80psi to ensure no leaks.
