You are looking at one brand new Craftaid Celtic Corner template. These reusable templates are a great way to transfer patterns onto vegeatble tanned leather. By simply moistening the leather to be used and laying these on top you can use a modeling spoon rubbed on top you can transfer any of these 7 different styles.
