Exchanges:

You may return the package in its original packaging and condition for exchange within 15 days of receipt. Damage Upon Arrival / Discrepancies:
If you have received a damaged or discrepancy package upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and retain all original packaging (including the original corrupted box).
