This is a 3D Printed Charge Cover Cap for The CCS1 or CCS2 charge ports found on many electric vehicles such as the Tesla Model 3/x/y Euro Spec, Fisker Ocean One, F-150 Lightning, Kia EV6, Polestar, Volkswagen ID. 4, or Chevy Bolt, and dozens of other EVs. We use an automotive grade plastic for this print which is heat and UV resistant, and has no electrical conductivity.

This cover is designed for CCS2 ports, but if flipped upside down it can be used on a CCS1 port.

EVs with this port come without a protective cover for the DC pins on the charge port. During level 2 charging, they will be exposed to the elements. This cover can stay in place both while charging and when the charge port door is closed. The J1772 (Type 1) or Mennekes (Type 2) plug will prevent it from being removed while charging.
