We will replace this product, if found to be defective, when accompanied with the original sales receipt. This warranty does not include labor, incidental or consequential damages and is void if the product was not properly installed and maintained or used in an application for which it is not listed in the Spicer Catalog.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Because of Dana’s stringent and high standards, It has been my experience as a Dana Spicer distributor, that you can expect well over 100,000 miles out of Dana Spicer products when maintained properly.
