DIRECTIONS
This solution is for use
with spin pads or bonnets and a rotary machine.
1. Vacuum carpets first.
2. Dilute 2 oz. per
gallon of water for light cleaning. Dilute 4 oz. per gallon of water for normal
cleaning. Dilute 6 oz. per gallon of
water for heavy
cleaning.

Return Policies
When we receive your
return, a refund will be issued to you minus the 15% restocking fee. Defective
equipment is covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Unless an item is
returned for defect, all items must be returned in original unused condition
with original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will apply to
returns as well as a deduction for our cost in shipping the item to you.
Within 14 days from
shipment date, you may return any unopened product in original unused condition
with original packaging. Returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
Buyer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred to return the item to
us.
Defective Items: Eligible* defective products may be
returned for an exchange within 14 days from the date your product was received.
Defective products must be returned in the original packaging with all original
contents. Product must be returned no later than 7 days from the receipt of
your return authorization number.

box, non-defective item returns. *Most items originally thought to be
defective turn out to be a result of user error or compatibility issues. If you
believe you may have received a defective item, we encourage you to
contact us and see if the issue you are experiencing can be resolved without

Refusing A Package: If you should place an order with us and then refuse a package for
any reason other than damage to the merchandise in the box, please know that
you will receive a refund for the amount of your original transaction less any
shipping charges we have incurred in getting the package to you originally as
well as the cost of the return shipping
