BT20 BATTERY LOAD TESTER
The BT20 is TOPDON's entry-level wireless 12V battery tester. Offering load, voltage, charging, and cranking tests, the BT20 offers high-precision voltage detection and real-time voltage monitoring.
This easy-to-use device lets users of all skill-levels view voltage waveform graphs and test reports through an app. Test reports can be generated automatically, and easily share and save test reports. Data Playback function query battery voltage history data, help users analyze the problem by playing back charge and discharge data reports.

For better performance and accurate results, we recommend you to follow some tips before using.
1. Clean the rust or dirt on the battery terminal then test it.
2. Make sure the clamps connect correctly and tighten.
3. If the battery voltage is lower than 4V or battery capacity less than 50%, please test it after recharging your battery.
Note: BT50 battery tester is for 12 Volt batteries of 100 to 2000 CCA, and the lowest voltage that the BT50 can detect is 4V.

Q: What batteries can BT50 work on?
A: It works on all 12V lead-acid batteries with CCA between 100 to 2000, including regular flooded, AGM Flat plate, AGM Spiral, GEL and EFB.
Q: Is BT50 designed with any built-in protections?

Q: How do I confirm if my vehicle battery is bad or good?
A: The battery tester will display SOH (State of Health), SOC (State of Charge), CCA (Cold Cranking Ampere), Voltage, Internal Resistance and Rating, with an intuitive test result of “GOOD” or “BAD” for your reference. If the internal resistance is too large, it indicates a broken battery.
Q: Can this battery tester estimate the remaining capacity of my battery?
A: Yes. The battery tester will display SOC (State of Charge) to express as a percentage of your battery’s rated capacity, a measure of its condition to assess the potential energy.
Note that a decent SOC (State of Charge) doesn’t mean the battery is in good condition. You need to refer to your battery’s actual CCA Value and Internal Resistance for further analysis.
