We always endeavor to ship as quickly as possible upon receipt of payment. We ship all Priority Mail, FedEx & UPS packages with insurance and tracking. All packages with a value of $200.00 or greater will be shipped SIGNATURE REQUIRED.
We do attempt to inspect and describe our products as carefully as possible, however, in the event that we have missed a flaw or defect in an item please contact us so we can arrange for the item to be returned to us. We are always happy to solve a problem amicably before it resorts to a negative feedback situation so please give us the opportunity to do so.

Each of our products is inspected by the U.S. Department of Fish and Wildlife. We provide Export Permits, State Veterinary Health Certificates, and C.I.T.E.S. Permits where necessary; thereby ensuring that only C.I.T.E.S. approved wildlife enters the USA. This allows our customers to buy with confidence, assuring them of our absolute compliance with every legal requirement and our belief in the adherence to the highest possible ethical standards.
