This kit comes with Two Locks already mounted to the brackets with security screws and 4 keys. The pictures show two locks so you can see what it looks like on either side.

20 minute install. All you'll need is a 6mm Hex key and a 13mm open end wrench.

If you're looking to make copies of the keys, the key blank is either X84 or HD74.
