This is a very good quality red and green vinyl insulated wire set of indoor/outdoor Christmas lights. This is a full screw base E17/C9 set NOT a fixed wired set with tiny lights inside a fake plastic C9 bulb!
Occasionally apply automotive vinyl dressing to keep this set soft and flexible for years to come.
Add a slide dimmer ($15 at a home Store) to dim the light about 20% to extend the life of the bulbs and save money.
