Our washers are custom made in the USA to our specifications.  Alloy Boltz uses larger diameter and thicker flat washers in our kits.

Our flat washers give more support to your engine components.  We also add split lock washers on some of the component kits to make sure things stay tight.

 

All of our washers are polished to make sure your finished project looks great!

 

The thin small diameter washers other sellers use offer almost no support and will cause your valve cover or oil pan rails to bend.  If this occurs, the gasket will pinch and you will have oil leaks.

 

We use our extra thick intake washers in this kit. These washers are thicker and have a smaller center hole to keep the washer centered on the bolt.  Our washers are specially made for us in the USA to our specs.
