Packaging

 

We do our best to ensure that each item is packaged carefully before their journey to you. Spray foam is applied to boxes for heavier/more delicate/expensive items as additional security.

 

 

 

Shipping Insurance

 

Purchase of insurance is left to buyer's discretion at the time of purchase. 

Shipping insurance is not required but strongly encouraged on items valued over $20.00.

 

- USPS Shipping Insurance:

 

·         Items valued under $100 shipped via USPS Priority Mail will have insurance included in shipping costs.

·         Items shipped via USPS First Class Shipping will NOT have insurance unless customer requests it.

 

- UPS Shipping Insurance:

 

·         Items valued under $500 shipped via UPS will be insured for the full amount.

·         Items valued over $500 shipped via UPS will NOT have insurance included in shipping costs.

 

Additional fees will vary.

 

Updated invoices pertaining to insurance costs will be sent to buyer before shipping is complete.

 

 

 

 

Damaged Items

 

Damage is often caused by rough handling during transit. 

We take careful steps to package each item as securely and safely as possible. Any and all claims need to be made through the shipping provider used. Please provide photos of damaged box/item to shipping provider to assist them with your claim.
