Sales Tax
For shipments to New Jersey addresses, we are required by Statelaw to collect 6.625% Sales Tax.


Shipping
Please be sure to enter a valid shipping address, otherwise shipment ofyour order may be delayed.  We do our absolute best to processorders within 1 business day of placement.  Once your order isprocessed you will receive and email with tracking information. We encourage you to keep an eye on your tracking status and let us knowif there is an issue.  Most orders ship via USPS, howeverdepending on weight and destination, we may use UPS.  For orderswith the promotional free shipping, the carrier will depend on weightand destination of the order.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the customer's receipt of orderbased on shipping Delivery Confirmation.  If you would like toreturn an item for a refund, please submit a request through ebay's NoHassle Returns within the 30 day return period.  All return itemsmust be unused and in the original manufacturer packaging in which theywere received.  Customers are responsible for return shippingcosts.  Briarwood Lane reserves the right to inspectany claims of damaged/defective goods prior to replacement, exchange orrefund.  Manufacturer warranty or guarantee shall apply to allproducts.  Merchandise determined to be defective is limited toand will be replaced with a like or similar item if within the returnperiod.  Wind or adverse weather damage is not a productdefect.  Items received outside of the return period or not inmanufacturer packaging are subject to 20% re-stocking fee.

International customers:  please message us through ebay regardingall returns/exchanges/issues.  Ebay's return system is not yetable to process return information for international addresses.
