You are Bidding Hobart HCM-450 / 300 this is a older cone top one sided seal Bowl seal Set one #122313 V Ring Seal  Retainer and2 #123074-00004 V-Ring Seal  and 1 one lubricant . Hobart quit making this one and went to the 2 sided 914591 retainer they  both take the same V Ring  Seal
