- Der Artikel muss im originalen unbenutzten Zustand zurückgegeben werden.
- Das Teil muss in seinem ursprünglichen Zustand und unmontiert zurückgegeben werden. Wir bearbeiten die Rückerstattung sofort nach Erhalt und Prüfung der zurückgegebenen Ware.
- Versandkosten sind nicht erstattungsfähig, es sei denn, der Artikel ist defekt.
- Der Artikel sollte gut verpackt sein, um Beschädigungen zu vermeiden.
- Wenn wir den Artikel erhalten und er nicht im gleichen Zustand ist, wie er Ihnen gesendet wurde, oder beschädigt ist, wird die Rückgabe nicht akzeptiert und keine Rückerstattung gewährt.
- Wenn der Artikel beschädigt bei Ihnen angekommen ist, müssen Sie uns als Beweis Bilder mit der Verpackung zur Verfügung stellen.
- Artikel, die manipuliert oder beschädigt wurden, während sie montiert wurden, werden nicht erstattet.
