He made all of his patients eat muesli every day, and they loved it! I enjoyed that muesli so much that I was inspired with the idea to make my very own version. Our fantastic Gluten Free Tropical Muesli is a tasty blend of lightly toasted gluten free rolled oats, grains and quinoa crisps, with delicious morsels of mango and coconut, and crunchy nuts and seeds. Like all our gluten free products, it's handled with care to ensure our gluten free standards are met. Whether you eat it hot, cold or soaked in yogurt overnight (the traditional Swiss way), I just know you will enjoy this delicious cereal. To your good health, Bob Moore Perfectly Simple Cereal Our Gluten Free Tropical Muesli is wonderfully tasty and nourishing! What makes this cereal so great? It's perfectly simple: ~ Whole grains provide fiber. ~ Dried mango adds a touch of wholesome sweetness and delightful tropical flavor. ~ Nuts and seeds bring pleasant flavor and crunch.

SUGGESTED USE:

Have it Hot

Stovetop: For hot cereal, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add 1/2 cup muesli, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 7 minutes. Remove from heat, cover, and let stand for 2 minutes before serving. Makes 2 delicious servings.

Microwave: Put 1/4 cup muesli and 1/2 cup water or milk in a large bowl. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, stopping to stir once during cooking. Makes 1 marvelous serving.

Make It Cold 

For cold cereal, add 1/4 cup muesli to 1/2 cup yogurt, milk or fruit juice. Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes. Makes 1 terrific serving.

Try It Swiss Style 

To make 1 serving of Swiss-style cereal, combine 1/4 cup muesli, 1/2 cup yogurt and 1 cored and grated apple (including the peel). Cover and let sit in the refrigerator overnight.

Whole grain oats, mango (mango, cane sugar, citric acid), coconut flakes, sorghum, pumpkin seeds, sliced almonds, sunflower seeds, macadamia nuts, freeze-dried strawberry pieces, quinoa flour crisps.

WARNINGS:

Store in a cool, dry place. Keeps best refrigerated or frozen after opening.
