**I’m having continued issues with Buyers flaking on their purchase commitment, won’t leave feedback or they try to renegotiate the sales price after they win the item & then refuse to pay. The common factor is the Buyers all have less than 20 transactions. So if you have fewer than 25 transactions on eBay, do not bid on these items without contacting me first & fully understanding how eBay works. If you do not, I will cancel your bid, block you & start over.
