BMW Seat Occupancy Mat Sensor Emulator/ Bypass E60/E61 525 530 535 545 550 M5

Up for sale is a BMW Seat Occupancy Mat Sensor Bypass Kit for E60/E61 525 530 535 545 550 M5 (fits most 5 series BMWs from 2004 to approximately 2010), this kit will fit in place of your seat occupancy detector sensor mat and the seat belt buckle sensor.  It is a very easy to install bypass system simply substitute the vehicle sensors (seat mat and belt buckle) with the emulators in the kit and reset the airbag system fault codes.  This unit will keep the passenger side air bag armed (do not place children or car seats in front seat) in case there is an accident.  It will also eliminate the dreaded air bag light and/or code for the seat occupancy detector!

But it now and get rid of that occupancy code !!

IMPORTANT NOTE

Due to current worldwide component shortages, you may receive one of our two design versions (gray or black casing). They heve both been tested to work with your BMW.

We will combine shipping so if you need more items from our store we will gladly combine shipping.

Note:  This emulator kit comes with 2 emulators:

1)  The main emulator is the gray box with the OEM black connector and 3 wires, all you have to do is plug it to the vehicle's harness instead of the original seat mat sensor.

2)  Then there is the emulator for the seat belt warning/ gong, that is the smaller black box with 2 wires red and black.  This is installed in place of the seat buckle sensor, it is also very easy to install.  All you have to do is remove the yellow connector under the passenger seat and replace the red and black wires coming from the buckle with the red and black wires from the small emulator "black box".
