This is a driveshaft for a short wheel base (SWB) swing-arm. Models R50/5-R75/5, years 1970-73. Overall length of drive-shaft 10 3/4" (without coupling bell) or 11 3/4" (with coupling bell installed). It is in good used condition. U-joint operates freely and smoothly in both axes, it does not bind and has no notchy feeling when moved end to end in each axis. All needle bearing caps are secured in place by factory detent stakes which are located in the transmission interface and drive shaft yoke flanges. No failure or movement noted at the detents. Coupling bell teeth are in very good condition. Taper and threaded section are not damaged.
