These are brand new reproduction Blackface Deluxe type   chassis  in 18 gauge carbon  steel with finished black face plates. Made in Little Rock, Arkansas USA at a fraction of the price of other chassis repros. 

Dimensions are  22.35 X7 X 1 7/8  inches .. The front angle is 71 degrees.  Be sure to look through all of the photos for measurements!
