International Deliveries - From July 1st 2017, UK Good Deals Ltd can accept orders from most countries. Please note that delivery charges and VAT rates will vary according to each destination countries. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (this applies to both retail and wholesale customers). Unfortunately we have no control over these charges, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. What is your returns policy?

At Bike-Helmets we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if it is not suitable, we are happy to refund your purchase with our 30 day no quibble returns policy providing the following terms are followed:

• The item(s) is undamaged, in original condition with all packaging and tags intact
• The item(s) are returned within 30 days of receiving your order

You have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our goods whilst they are in your possession and during transit. We cannot accept liability for items that are lost or damaged during transit when they are returned, and request that you ask the post office for insurance and to stamp the proof of posting label for your own cover.

You will need to package the item securely and include a completed returns form.

When will I receive my refund/replacement?

Processing your return quickly is our priority and a refund / replacement will be done as soon as the item is returned to our warehouse.

Once the item arrives back at our warehouse, a member of our customer service team will contact you within 24 hours to tell you that we have received your item back at our warehouse and to help
