This listing is for one pair of snowshoe bindings.
They
are made of rugged 10 oz. latigo cowhide leather and will last for
several years if properly cared for. (They should be conditioned on a
yearly basis with a leather conditioner.) They are made to fit most
rawhide and wood style snowshoes. There's plenty of adjustment on all
straps: there's a strap and toe pad to go over the toe of your boot, a
strap to go around the back of the boot, and one to go around the ankle
and under the sole of the boot.
Depending upon my leather supplies at the time, you will receive either chestnut or dark brown bindings.
We recommend treating your bindings with Mink Oil, as it conditions and waterproofs. You should treat your bindings before using them for the winter season and again when you're ready to put them away at the end of the season. So we are offering a 3 oz tub of Mink Oil with your snowshoes: you can choose to purchase this from the menu to the right of the pictures above. (Normally $6, you pay only an additional $4.50!) This tub will go a long way and you will have plenty left over to use on your footwear or to save for future applications.
