This is a brand new German 290mm (11-3/8" diameter overall) Hinged Bezel & Convex Glass Assembly.
Brass bezel. With latch, hinge affixed. The hinge has two threaded pins (nuts not included).We used these on our long drop and schoolhouse wall clocks.
