Condition: PARTS - It powered on then it started making strange noises and i unplugged it, so it turns on but it seems something is rubbing or interfering with the fan I didn't leave it on long enough to look and see. The back cover needs to be reattached. There are no legs or casters. This item was in working condition at the time it was retired from service. This is an used item, there will be smudges, dents, scrapes and general wear showing. Please see all pictures for condition of item.
