. Basic Stock Directions: Dissolve 1 teaspoon (equal to 1 bouillon cube) Seasoned Vegetable Base in 8 oz. boiling water. For each quart of stock needed, use 1-1/2 tablespoons Seasoned Vegetable Base. Use basic stock for soups, sauces, and gravies, or to cook vegetables, rice, or pasta with more flavor. Tuscan Grilled Vegetables:. On a grill, sear your favorite vegetables. In a bowl, combine 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/2 tablespoon garlic, 1 tablespoon Seasoned Vegetable Base, 1/2 teaspoon Italian herbs, 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Cut seared vegetables and toss in above mixture.
