Shipping: A return shipping label will be provided via eBay messages within 1-business day or listing purchase. The shipping date is set out 40 days from purchase. This is done intentionally, as we have no control how long it will take you, the buyer to ship out the unit to be repaired.
*Free shipping is only for customers located in the USA. International buyers are responsible for incoming shipping. Return shipping will be covered for international buyers.*
Turnaround time: 24-48 hours.
Warranty: 1 year from date of purchase. The warranty does not cover any liquid or physical damage, as this is entirely outside of our repairs or control.

back via USPS Priority mail or UPS ground.
The shipping time on eBay is set to 40 days from the purchase date. This is set by us intentionally, as we cannot determine how long it will take you, the buyer, to ship your unit to us for repair. Our turnaround time is 1-2 days, just as the listing states.
