Unit is new but was damaged in shipping. One filter is broken and missing, the fan shroud was broken and is missing, and the electrical panel cover is missing. Unit has not been tested, but other than the missing or broken pieces described, it looks like it will power up. The unit is heavy. It will be packaged in sturdy packaging with plenty of protection.
