The specifications are as follows:

Size 16L, 4.00mm thick

Size 14L, 3.50mm thick

Only a certain number of shells are thick enough to provide Mother of Pearl buttons such as these. Thin MOP buttons are common and fairly inexpensive but cannot compare to these buttons, which are among the thickest in the world!

A standard shirt usually requires 7 of the size 16L buttons for the front placket plus another two size 16L's based on single button cuffs. Also, having forearm sleeve buttons requires two of the size 14L. Shirts with double-button cuffs or button-down collars would need additional buttons of each size. Please message us if additional buttons are needed - changes can be accommodated!
