Baxter OV310G Natural Gas Mini Rotating Rack Oven
This is an great condition Baxter OV310G natural gas mini rotating rack convection oven with stand base. Barely used, fully tested, works perfectly (see pictures below of it at +418F). These are very hard to find right now, and for a brand new one for Baxter they are out over 4 months right now. Allows very versatile baking capabilities in a small footprint. Includes the 6 pan interior rack. Interior rack is easily removable for cleaning. Base stand has storage capabilities of up to 12 pans. Has powerful patented self-contained cast steam system allowing you to cook the toughest of bakery goods. Rotational rack provides an even bake for any items you're cooking. Programmable digital controls that allow you to save up to 99 recipes. On casters for easy moving. NSF Approved. Made in the USA.

- Like all Baxter Rotating Rack Ovens, the mini rotating rack oven includes our patented self-contained spherical cast steam system, with two steamer assemblies per oven. The steam combines with our unique airflow system to provide even heat dispersion throughout the oven,which in turn provides an even bake. And the mini rack oven offers all of this in a footprint of just 48" W x 38.1" D x 48"H.
Baxter's mini rotating rack oven was one of the first of its kind with a rotating rack, a feature still rare in ovens this size. The rotation promotes an even bake, no matter what you're baking.
Digital controls are easily programmable--in fact, you can enter oven settings for up to 99 recipes, all of which can be recalled at the touch of a button. Controls allow the operator to select features such as auto on/off, auto vent, fan delay and time/temperature to make operation even simpler.
Not only are the controls easy to use, but easy to clean with surface mounted controls and curved edges which helps prevent food particle build up.
