We accept eBay managed payments only. Items will be shipped within 1 working day of payment being made, if ordered before 3pm your item will be in the post the same day (Excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Shipping Policy

All items are posted using Royal Mail, Yodel or similar courier, depending on size/weight. All items are carefully packaged. In the event of you not receiving your package (please allow 5 working days after despatch before contacting us) or it arrives damaged please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns policy

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt in an unused condition. Return postage costs are at the expense of the buyer. If there is a problem with your product/order we will take all steps necessary to resolve problems quickly and efficiently. If a return is necessary due to our mistake we will pay the return postage costs. Please do not return any item until you have made us aware of the problem first.
