This has no instructions but is easily put together. Missing 1 fence post and the floral decoration. Only comes with an umbrella and cart as far as accessories. One pillar has an insert broken off but once it's together it works fine since the attachment can be anchored to the roof. My opinion in nice condition for age. Outer box has tape damage and has to replace bottom of box. Has an extra floor piece and fence pieces.
