Warranty Provision
This warranty is non-transferable and does not cover failures due to misuse or improper installation or maintenance.
This warranty is for replacement of defective parts only.we are not responsible for incidental or consequential damage or laber costs.
This warranty does not cover chips and scratches of porcelain, non-stick or painted surfaces, nor does it cover corrosion or discoloration due to misuse lack of maintenance, hostile environment, accidents, alterations, abuse or neglect.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by heat, abrasive and chemical cleaners, resulting in chipped porcelain enamel parts or any damage t other components used in the installation or operation of the gas grill.
2. Item is brand new in original unopened package and it is properly shipped for safe delivery. Please email us within 14 days by sending us a message directly for return. Buyer need to cover the return the return shipping cost for the reason change his/her mind. We thank you for your understanding!
3.In the unlikely event that you receive defective or damaged merchandise, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and a photo of the damage. We’ll make it right at no extra cost to you. We can only accept claims for damage within 7 days of delivery as outside of this period a claim cannot be submitted to our courier. Hope you can understand.
4. For “all other” returns, please send us email or contact us within 30 days from the delivery date. They will ask for a photo of the faulty part/s to be emailed to us. Upon receipt of this, we will arrange to refund your payment or send the required replacements parts to you. All the return cost will be covered by seller.
5. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required to return any item(s) to us. Please contact us via ebay message to obtain the RMA # for your return. Item must be returned in original manufacturer's box and packaging. Please note we can't receive the packages if buyer returns by yourselves according to the address on shipping package. We won't solve such case and buyer should responsible for the consequences. We appreciate for your understanding.
