1. Our items come with One-year warranty service. If the product is damaged for reasons other than personal reasons. You can contact us and we will solve it for you.
2. Item is brand new in original unopened package and it is properly shipped for safe delivery. Please email us within 30 days by sending us a message directly for return. Buyer need to cover the return the return shipping cost for the reason change his/her mind. We thank you for your understanding!
3. For “all other” returns, please send us ebay email within 30 days from the delivery date. They will ask for a photo of the faulty part/s to be emailed to us. Upon receipt of this, we will arrange to refund your payment or send the required replacements parts to you. All the return cost will be covered by seller.
4. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required to return any item(s) to us. Please contact us via ebay message to obtain the RMA # for your return. Item must be returned in original manufacturer's box and packaging. Please note we can't receive the packages if buyer returns by yourselves according to the address on shipping package.
