used but we'll cared for. I'm being as picky as possible on the side of caution, the underside has some places that the roughout is laid down and maybe some slight rub/discoloring on the top of cantle. I didn't try to oil or buff out because it's slight.


the seat sizes I believe measure differently too but I put pics of the seat and gullet as a standard of how it's usually done just in case.
the leather quality is amazing in this saddle. so soft and supple. the seat is cushy. it is a quality made saddle.

if you're not familiar with the Balance brand, theu are no longer being made by balance as the creator retired in 2023 however the design/system was taken over by frank Baines. you can do a simple search and the reps are SO helpful. they can do a consult to help fit. this saddle uses a system with pads to ensure a great fit for your horse to develop and move its best.

I primarily trail ride now in Western saddles and have no use for it.

The horizon is the make per their rep. this is APEX which means it is very wide. it's not for your narrow horses. it's for your draft, draftX, Cobs, mutton withers.
