They are from the Badger 1 inch Model 70 water meter.
Good for re-use, or as a decoration or even a paperweight!!
Probably powder-coated, some have perfectly smooth finish, some a little rougher cast-like finish. Any rust stains are scrubbed off though!!
7-inch diameter, 3-1/4 between adjacent bolt-holes, 6-1/2 inches between polar opposite bolt holes. 3 pounds of cast iron!!
Good for repairing broken plates from freezing!
Comes with the white gasket!
