Short set bolt length: 18mm - good for mounting post mount brake directly to frame, fork, or adaptor.
Long set bolt length: 28mm - when used with the spacers, the long bolt set allows you to adjust the caliper side to side which helps to accomidate for imperfection with your frame and allows you to get the disc caliper perfectly straight.
