2. good condition
3. this is probably bakelit, not sure, some kind of heavy duty plastic
4. mounting bracket is complete, missing one screw
5. knob is mounted so it spins easily
6. needs a little cleaning, attic find here in NH
7. a could of hair lines on bottom and neck, see photo, these are very shallow not really cracks
