Through eBay Managed Payments a variety of payments are accepted including PayPal, Credit Card, AfterPay, Bank Deposit/EFT.
Ulublu delivers our range of products Australia wide using a number of delivery partners including, but not limited to: Australia Post, StarTrack, Couriers Please and Direct Freight Express. All items are shipped from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia. All pricing on this site includes standard shipping using one of the aforementioned carriers*, we will select which carrier depending on delivery location (*excludes heavy or oversized items where freight will need to be quoted).
Orders are dispatched usually within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. Remote areas please allow additional time, or select an Express Postage option to ensure you receive your items in the fastest possible time. A tracking number will be sent to you detailing the carrier used for your items through eBay. This is to be used to track and trace the item during transit time.
Express Postage is available on most items, if you require express postage for an item that doesn't offer this as an option, please contact us and we will provide a quote for Express shipping to you.
International Shipping, please read carefully: If you are an international buyer, shipping times will vary from those estimates stated on eBay, please allow up to 21 days for parcels to arrive from time of cleared payment. Currently we are only able to ship to New Zealand and the United States due to freight contraints. We utilise both DHL and Australia Post EMS Shipping for international shipments.
Please note: Your country may charge additional import duty on products purchased from outside your location. It is your responsibility to find out if any customs or import duties/taxes would apply to your order when buying from Australia. Please check your customs imports website for information, please do not confuse these import duties for additional postal charges as they are not, and Ulublu will not be responsible for any import duties or taxes payable upon goods entering your country.
