All eBay orders must be paid at the time of purchase. 

Shipping

Items may be shipped UPS or USPS. All items shipped through UPS and FedEx will need a physical address. UPS does not deliver to a P.O. Box. If we receive an address with a P.O. Box and the package cannot ship via USPS mail, we will try to contact you for a physical address.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up the item. Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

APO, FPO, PPO
All packages shipping though an APO, FPO, PPO will be shipped through the Post Office (USPS).

P.O. Boxes
All addresses with a P.O. Box will be shipped via the Post Office (USPS). In most cases we will try to contact you for an alternative physical address, especially high valued items.

We do offer overnight/next day, 2 day, and 3 day shipping on most of our products. Please contact us for availability and rates.
 
Combined Shipping
Many items are available to be combined into one shipment. Each product posted on EBay indicates whether it can be combined for discounts on shipping rates. If you have any questions, please email us.
 
Insurance
All packages shipped through UPS will have up to $100.00 of declared value.

Returns

You can return the unit as long as it has not been used and is returned with all the original packaging, box, parts and instructions. The unit must be returned exactly as you received it.  It is recommended  when returning high value items that you add shipping insurance.
 
If the product is defective or was damaged in transit please notify us of this right away so we can take steps to remedy the issue.

Please include a copy of your order in the  box.  All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee if not returned in the same condition originally shipped.
