ATI Radeon HD 2900 Pro 512 MB GDDR3 PCIe x16 Video Card - Tested, Works

The card is labeled Radeon HD 2900 Pro (see photos), but Device Manager identifies it as HD 2900 XT. This is normal, as both use the same GPU and drivers — only BIOS/clock speed differ.

ATI started Radeon HD 2900 PRO sales 12 December 2007. This is a TeraScale architecture desktop card based on 80 nm manufacturing process and primarily aimed at office use. 512 MB of GDDR3 memory clocked at 0.8 GHz are supplied, and together with 256 Bit memory interface this creates a bandwidth of 51.2 GB/s.

Compatibility-wise, this is a dual-slot graphics card attached via PCIe 1.0 x16 interface. Its manufacturer default version has a length of 241 mm. 1x 8-pin power connector is required, and power consumption is at 200 Watt.
