- All sales are final. No cancellation, exchange, or refund.
- Please double-check your shipping address, recipient name, and phone number before purchase.
Shipping Period
- Orders ship from Korea the week after purchase (twice weekly).
- USA: 1–3w Canada: 1–6w Europe: 1–4w South America: 4–8w Asia: 2–6w
- Contactless delivery may apply. Buyer must track and collect parcels. No compensation for unclaimed returns.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for orders over $45 (regular size photo cards only).
Product Condition
- Goods may have minor flaws due to manufacturing or packaging. No refunds/exchanges for these reasons.
- All items are carefully inspected. PVC Lucky Draw photo cards may have scratches due to material. If you are sensitive, please ask before ordering.
- Only official goods. No replicas or fakes. Minor marks, scratches, or uneven cuts are not considered defects. If there are notable defects, we will contact you first.
Returns & Refunds
- All sales final. Refunds only for shipping damage, not for manufacturing defects.
- Other refunds: 10% restocking fee + round-trip shipping deducted.
- Address errors: buyer pays for reshipping. Please ensure your address is correct.
- Brazil Customs taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. No refunds for customs issues. Invoice available upon request.

- Save on Shipping: Add all regular size photo cards to your cart and place one order. Larger items may incur extra shipping.
- About Defects: Slight scratches, spots, or uneven cuts are not defects. All items are double-checked; significant defects will be notified in advance.
