Artificial Horizon for Celestial Navigation

An artificial horizon made from a surveyor's transit leveling head with a flat mirror adapted to the head. Very heavy base with four leveling screws. Horizon can be used stand alone on a firm surface or mounted on a surveyors tripod (not included) with 3 1/2" x 8 threaded base. Precision level vial is needed to level the head and is not included.
