Early wood paint can trade sign store display. Letters painted on two sides. Says “Paints Colors in Oil” with nicely designed lettering. Roughly 19” tall and 16” in diameter. Has some paint flake and loss through out but overall in good condition. Would have been a countertop display in a hardware or general store.
