Pair of vintage push plates beautifully tanrished and aged but in my opinion are perfect for a new installation giving you that instant history with thier wonderfully aged patina.
They were originally copper washed in colour, some retain that more than others.
The quality is not in doubt and they have a fantastic design. Each plate bears a registration number. They are worn but will almost certainly date these circa 1905-1910
The 6 screw holes are clean and not split, i don't these have er been used, but still retain the beautiful aged patina, giving these a rich bronze colour.
They will polish up further if the buyer desires.
