Antique Louis XV French Solid Gilded Bronze Wall Barometer

This classic French barometer was found in France. It also has a thermometer. The body is made of solid gilded bronze with curls and decorative scrolls. The piece has a slightly convex glass dial with a knob to set the measurement. The thermometer is in centigrade with zero reading as GLACE (ice). There is  a hook on the back for hanging. Perfect as a useful decorator piece. Condition is good, with some dirt under the glass on the dial and  some gilding loss on the body consistent with age.
