I sell a lot of things I found at local auctions, but this has family provenance: my grandfather's straight razor. It was made by Boker in Germany and is marked model Red Injun R.P. 301, with the R P standing for round point. This has its original box with a slide-off cap. The razor itself has an early plastic or horn handle with a raised pattern of the Boker tree on both sides and an Art Nouveau pattern near the hinge. The razor measures about 7" long. The blade is curved and indeed has a rounded end, as shown. The blade is mostly shiny but does have some pitted areas, but not along the blade, which has no major nicks or loss. I took a lot of photos so you can evaluate the condition. The box is quite worn but the Boker name and model are still quite legible.

I believe this dates to the early 1900s. It is a nice find for collectors. Please write in if you need more information - this is a bit out of my usual area.
