Rare beautiful find. Approx weight 12oz. The brass ring is loose. & can be taken off. The birds seems to have gilding or possibly ormolu since the birds look more golden than the brass ring. The glass is opaque and has “ring of fire” when held up to the light. The glass has some chips where the brass ring sits upon/covers. See pics.
