- Deed dated 1895 Charles I. Landis Executor and Trustee to Elizabeth P. Cohin
- Deed dated 1870. Eliza E. White, the heirs of Elizabeth Reinhart deceased by their attorney in fact William Riddle to Benjamin Mishler. Others are named in this deed. Church Street, city of Lancaster, PA
- Copy of Will of Charles J. White dated 1893. Charles Landis was appointed Executor
- 1887 Deed Charles Himmelbach deceased sale of real estate to James Eager. I think this was for the Leopard Hote in the city of Lancaster.

- Agreement between Joseph White and David Smeych dated 1874. This was recorded as a deed.
